New York City personal injury lawyer Mitchell K. Aaron has been a practicing litigator for over 30 years. Mitch joined the firm in 2005 after 17 years at the firm of Kreinik Aaron & Gersh, LLP, where he was a founding partner and served as head of the litigation department. He began his legal career in 1982 as a litigation associate at the prestigious New York City law firm, Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon.
As a result of the success and growth of Torgan Cooper + Aaron, Mr. Aaron now serves as the firm’s managing attorney and oversees the firm’s day-to-day activities, as well as all of the firm’s cases from inception to the time of trial, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters.
